how do i wean myself off of effexorXR?

i was taking 225mg a day..dropped down to 150mg a day (for 2 weeks), than down to 75 mg a day which i took for 2 weeks and than stopped completely. it has been about 1 week since i stopped completely. i feel a little "out of it" like being on cold medicine or something. but that's it...no pain of…
