Hey Tami   It sounds like you are worried that your dosage is too much?  Are you experiencing any bad side effects from the increase in dosage?  Are you feeling better, worse, or the same?  Your doctor must feel confident that this is a good level for you.  I am not a doctor but I would imagine it would take several weeks to feel the full effects of this change.    I have some information here about Prozac from Health Central.   Your best bet is going to be to call your doctor with your concerns and ask what to expect at this higher dosage.    I wish you the best.
