Dr. Walcutt hit the "nail right on the head". None of these "feel better about yourself" drugs comes without a cost in addition to what you pay the pharmasist. An antidepressant may put a smile on your face, but it lowers your metabolism. So, in order to stay the same weight, you are going to have to burn calories in a slower and different way. There is no substitute for working out. Which can be anything from walking, running, going to the gym, etc. It is a simple adjustment that is much easier to say than do. But, once it becomes a habit, you will see and feel the difference.
