Q: cry for nothing

i recently split from my hubby andeven though this happened before it happens more now...i cry alot and dont know why..it comes on spontainously no matter what im doing and although i have alot of freinds and family..as i head to talk to one,i carnt,i find myself alone instead....why does this happen/is it depression?Cry

I'm so sorry, Ann, that you are going through a hard time right now.  You might be experiencing normal grief, of which there are several stages, including denial and depression, as well as anger.  If you feel like you are overwhelmed by it, though, you might consider seeing a psychologist for help in dealing with it and getting through those stages, especially if you don't feel like you can talk to anyone else.
