I'm so sorry, Ann, that you are going through a hard time right now.  You might be experiencing normal grief, of which there are several stages, including denial and depression, as well as anger.  If you feel like you are overwhelmed by it, though, you might consider seeing a psychologist for help in dealing with it and getting through those stages, especially if you don't feel like you can talk to anyone else.   Thank you for reaching out here and please let us know if you need anything else.  You are certainly welcome to write here any time.
