Can I take Zoloft and Prestiq concurrently

I have been on Zoloft (200 mg) for about 8 years and in the last 2 have noticed a decrease in its efficacy.  For the past few weeks I have been having episodes that are characterized by either rages or extreme lows.  My doctor put me on Prestiq today?  Can I take Prestiq and Zoloft…
