LonelyinMD, I know how you feel. Sometimes I get so backed up with everything in my life and I just don't care. I tried going off my meds but it didn't work out like I hoped. Talk with your doctor, try out different medications until you find one that doesn't make you so tired. Try to exercise. Even if it's jumping jacks at home. Once the blood starts flowing it gets easier to keep doing it and will give you more energy and hopefully make you feel better. Easier said than done, I know, but try to force yourself to do it.
