How do i ask my parents?

How do i ask my parents to get me a counselor with out them freaking out? i really want someone to talk to that won't judge me, and that i dont have a relationship with. Someone i can really talk to. but i'm afraid my parents will make a big deal out of it, or will ask me why i don't talk to them....
