I am going to give you some information we have on Health Central about Zoloft and possible side effects: "Nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, loss of appetite, increased sweating, drowsiness, diarrhea, upset stomach, or trouble sleeping may occur."
I don't see sore throat listed here but sometimes there are rare side effects not listed.
Your best bet is to call your doctor or pharmacist. It could be that you are coming down with something.
