Shahzar, it sounds like you're not being consistent in taking this medication and it doesn't sound like it would be something a doctor would tell you to do.  Sometimes when you don't take a medication for a few days, you can start having withdrawal symptoms.  I don't know anything about the drugs you're taking, but I think you really need to talk to your doctor about the fact that you don't want to take them and what is the best way to get off of them.  Why don't you want to take them, do they not help?  If so, that's another reason to talk to your doctor about getting off of them and maybe trying something different.  If it's just that you don't like the idea of taking any medications, there might be some alternatives to try but on the other hand, it may be that you need them to enable you to function.  If you had another type of illness, like diabetes, you wouldn't try to live without insulin.
