Hi Jazzy,

 

Thank you for your question! Lexapro and Wellbutrin are both medications that affect the central nervous system, and using these medications together can increase the risk of side effects. Possible side effects include loss of coordination, confusion, drowsiness, shallow breathing, and weakness. If you begin to experience these side effects, you should contact your doctor immediately and tell him or her what's going on. That being said, these medications are often used together safely. It's just important to pay attention to how your body reacts to the combination.
