Hi, there.  Have you seen a psychiatrist at all?  I don't know what is safe to take with amitriptyline, but I'm sure there is something.  Something else that's supposed to work when you have seasonal depression (SAD) are these light boxes that are made just for that purpose.  It's thought that the lack of sunlight causes depression.  Probably, the chronic pain from the fibromyalgia is contributing to the depression, too, I would think.  I don't know if a chiropractor can help much, but you could try massage or even acupuncture, which some chiropractors do.   I'm sorry you're having to suffer so much with this, and I hope you can find the help you need.  It's very frustrating to feel like nobody cares.  Feel free to write again any time and keep us posted.
