One clarification -- Migraine is a genetic neurological disease. Some of the symptoms are vascular, but it is essentially neurological.

In rare cases, yes, a Migraine attack can cause a stoke. If the pain of a Migraine attack lasts longer than 72 hours without a solid four-hour pain-free period, while awake, it's termed Status Migrainous, and immediate care should be sought.
