Can't sleep on Prestiq...

Hi, started taking Prestiq 50mg 4 days ago (1st anti-depressent every taken) and haven't been able to sleep since but don't feel very tired because of it. How long is it likely to take before this side effect and my mild nausea are relieved or should i resort to a sleeping tablet?
