Hello Peter   Well I can steer you to the information we have here on Health Central.  We try to do a Member Medication Review each Tuesday where members discuss their experience taking various antidepressants.  Here is our Member Medication Review for Prozac.   And here is our Member Medication Review for Prestiq.   We have yet to do one for seropram but we surely will.   I would encourage you to add your stories to the other member's about the use of any of these medications.   They really do all work differently and have different side effects.  Out of these I only have experience taking Prozac.  Prestiq is one of the newer meds that a lot of doctors seem to be prescribing nowadays.  For some people it works well but others complain of sexual side effects and stomach problems.  But everyone is different.   Which medication are you thinking of sticking with?   Thank you for your question!
