I am a 28 y/o female that weighs 100lbs. they have me on 200 mg of Zoloft a Day and 500 mg of Depako

I am a 28 y/o female, I have been diagonsed with MDD and MDD with Physcotic features. I only weigh 100 lbs. they have me on 200 mg of Zoloft and 500 mg of Depakote (which they are fixing to incfrease to 1000mg a day). The medicine does not seem to be working, I still feel depressed and very empty...
