Q: even though my sister is strong and moving forward in a positive direction, should she seek professional help after her two year emotionally abusive relationship?

my sister and her two kids recently moved back home after a 2 year emotionally abusive relationship. at first she was crying everyday riddled with guilt because he made her feel like he couldn't or wouldn't live without her. then i found an old packet i kept, about 20 different types of losers. this packet was created by therapists warning people about people they should stay away from or get away from if they are already involved with these losers. the packet stated that if you were with someone who is a high number of these types of losers then you will be emotionally damaged from the experience and should seek help. we read through it and found out her recent ex was 18 out of 20 of these types of losers. since reading it she doesn't have the nightmares she had every night for 2 years she was with him, she found her confidence and remembers how intelligent she really is and no longer feels guilty for leaving him. she's finally becoming my sister again. my questions are should i encourage her to still seek professional advice or could love and support and her own intelligence be enough? is there a high chance of emotional damage and struggles to come down the road when it comes to future relationships or other big decisions to the point of needing help... could this be a wait and see situation or should we get her help before she might need it. also.. is her high ability to adapt to situations going to cripple her into more bad relationships??
