I have nothing important in my life anymore. I mean i go to school yes. I care for famliy YES! but it's just there i get up every morning and just go my day. Just let it be. If it happens it happens, if it don't it don't! I know that one day i will forget the feeling of this but i'm suffering so bad right now. I don't know how to explain what i'm going through...

These feelings are important to you. Give yourself permission to feel them but then try to go into the moment. I know this seems like another "it's easy for you to say" reply but I have been there and I am still there. I don't work or have children and my days are very tedious but if I stop and say to myself, "ok, you need to feel what's going on right now and focus on that and not what is coming next or happened before." I have to do this everyday and I try my best to place my mind on what is happening to me right now and just keep on that and nothing more. I might slip but then I have to tell myself this is my way of exercising my mind and thoughts and will be a part of my life just as any daily task is.

Life can be quite cumbersome and boring so to try and touch each moment is relaxing. I can't speak for others but at 50 yrs. old I still wonder what I need and "isn't there more?" I have to believe there will be a break in all this and fun times will come again. You are important, you really are and so are the daily motions and tasks. It's part of this life. Try and smile... just the facial movements are abit more satisfying.

I think many of us have your questions. I know I do. Life can't always be easy or we'd find it boring. I have to keep myself thinking all of this. It's not easy but I have to. I hope you soon get through this.
