Hi this is my second post. My first was "Is this a from depression?" I was wondering I just found a book that my wife is no reading intitled When Everthing Falls Apart. All the negative reviews I saw on this book were very alarming and I was wondering if anyone has heard of this book and read it? And if so should I be really concerned about my wife?

Even after staring depression directly in the face, it is still...

Jay,

I just read your first question and the great responses you received.  I haven't read "When Everything Falls Apart" but have read another book by the same author which I found to be excellent.

It's odd.  I found the reviews at Amazon.com for this book to be very positive and makes me more interested in reading this for myself.

You previously mentioned that your wife has gone back on her medication and is showing more interest in your daughter.  Both very good developments.  It seems that she is trying to work through the challenges right now and perhaps something she will find something helpful and calming in the words in "When Everything...."

All you can do is to take care of yourself and your daughter.  Be supportive of your wife's emotional recovery while attending to your own needs during this challenging time.  My best wishes go out to you.
