Topics:Dizzy spells (falling down) Am I on too high a dosage

daily. Should I lower my dosage until I get to my doctor ? I'm also taking dilantin, phenobarbital/ Magoxide/ propo- n/apap. I do have a sizure and bipolar mania and depression. I am taking EFFEXOR XR.
