Acne is one of the side effects listed for Risperdal But not for Paxil At least not on that description, but the advice for both drugs that "If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor promptly," is the place to start. It seems logical that perhaps one or the combination is causing this. Maybe even the dose strength. Check with her physician for that and to rule out any new problem.
