Q: Lexapro and grapefruit - yes or no

I heard today that you shouldn't eat grapefruit while taking Lexapro because it messes with it's effectiveness.  I would like to know if this is true.

It may be true because I know grapefruit does affect several drugs - you could check with your pharmacist about that.  Hope that helps.
