Hi Trevine

I assume you are talking about your own thoughts?

I am not a therapist but I don't think it is so abnormal to think about death.  Death is part of the life cycle and at some point or another in our life we will think about it.  Have you experienced a loss recently?  Is anything reminding you of this topic?

If you are concerned about your thoughts or you cannot seem to control them then maybe it would be a good idea to discuss this with someone.  But if these are just random thoughts you have now and then maybe explore where the visions go.  Maybe they will lead you to the reason why your throughts wander there.

This is a very interesting question.  Thank you for asking it.
