Hi Shane,   Thank you for your question. All of the SSRIs are associated with some sexual side effects, but this article from the Mayo Clinic indicates that Paxil may be associated with the most sexual side effects. The article suggests other antidepressants that are associated with the least amount of sexual side effects, including Cymbalta (an SNRI), Remeron (a tricyclic antidepressant), and Wellbutrin (a NDRI).
