Yes ..but socan a lot of other things... like side effects of medications, brain tumours,parkinsons, MS....spinal misalignments..etc.So best to rule out any medical probs first ...you'll at least feel a lot better if they say there's nothing seriously wrong.... On the latter cause I mentioned(spinal misalignments) given your speech difficulties do you have a neck ache or base of the neck(where your neck meets you shoulderline) ache? Please do let me know as sometimes this can cause stuttering and stammers !
