i am a woman 48 yrs old and have been having bowel movement problems. i am usually constipated and i have noticed these little brown seeds with a white substance on the inside. i also have this black almost coal looking, and rock hard pieces in my stool also i am very concerned. help

We aren't medical doctors here but it sounds like you should make an appointment to see one without delay. It might be no big deal, but if it is, better to find out earlier than later. I wish you the best.
