Q: would flexeril show up on a pre-employment drug test

That depends on the test.

 

Cyclobenzaprine (Flexeril) has some potential for abuse but I don't believe this is common. Use as a treatment for fibromyalgia is "off-label". Legitimately, it's a muscle relaxant, approved by the US FDA, to treat skeletal muscle spasms, for which there are several possible causes.
