Hello Silverfox

Can you give us a bit more to go on?  In what ways do you feel your meds are not helping you?

Know that I am not a doctor or therapist and cannot give you any medical advice.

Here are my humble suggestions.  You have several choices here:

1.  You can go to your doctor who has prescribed these meds to you and tell him or her that they are no longer effective and explain why.  Then they can adjust the dosage as necessary.

2.  You can tell your doctor that the meds you are on are not working so well and your doctor can switch you to different meds.

3.  You can add some sort of therapy to your medication regime including either cognitive or behavioral therapy.

I hope you find the right combination of medication and/or therapy to help you.  I am sorry you are going through this.  And thank you for your question.
