I'm not sure what you mean by "interfere with," but they should ask you to list all of your medications. As Pat said, that's not the type of drug they're usually looking for, but just answer their screening questions, including all meds you take, and you should be fine.

Hi Teresa,
Prozac falls under the classification of an SSRI. Most drug tests are done to locate narcotics, opiates, and other illegal substances.
