Hi Catherine,   Since you don't mention which medications you've tried in the past, I'm not sure what exactly is left to work with. You can look at this page to learn more about treatment options for depression. Most of the medications belonging to the SSRI class (Zoloft, Luvox, Celexa, Lexapro) are weight-neutral, and Prozac has been associated with minor weight loss. Wellbutrin has been associated with both weight loss and gain, so its effects are hard to predict. Effexor, Cymbalta, Desyrel, and Serzone are all thought to be weight neutral as well.
