Hey Appu   I just want to make sure I understand what you have said here before I attempt an answer.  Are you telling us that you had been doing well on an anti-depressant and seeing a psychiatrist and that now you are off the medication you were taking and now feeling anxiety and panic?    If this is what you are saying then it seems logical to conclude that whatever you were doing before was working for you.  When we feel better on medication then the natural impulse is to stop it because we think we are fine now and don't need it anymore.  But maybe  things were fine because of the medication and it is good to continue that method of treatment.   I am not a doctor so...the best thing you can do is to ask advice from your doctor at this point.    Thank you for your question and I wish you luck.
