Dear Kennedy, I'm so sorry to read how difficult things are and have been for your and Elad. Elad is very fortunate that you have been caring for him and are so concerned about him. I can't tell where you live. If you are in the United States, call the state Department of Health and Human Services. They can help you. If you're not in the United States, is there anyone from the Red Cross where you are? If so, they should be able to help you by telling you who to contact. Also, churches and other places of worship are often a good source of help. I do hope this is of some help to you.
