Q: Is there any Antidepressant Drugs that do not have negative sexual side effects?

Is there any Antidepressant Drugs that do not have negative sexual side effects?

I am a male in my early 50,s

I have been under treatment for chronic pain for years and have been on narcotic pain medications and have been finding they are just not working all that good anymore and the doctors have been very hesitant on upping the dose of these and are trying me on different antidepressants to help coincide with the pain medications but it seems no matter what they order I am having negative side effect problems with my sex life.

The only antidepressant that doesnt seem to have sexual side effects is wellbutrin.
