Hello there!
This is a really interesting question you have posed here. I don't know about the whole world...but I did find some information about the "best" treatment centers for depression in the U.S.
Lisa Angelettie M.S.W. gives her suggestion for the top 6 depression treatment centers in the US. which you may find here.
And on a site called Organized Wisdom, other top depression treatment sites are listed. You may find this list here.
