Nooooooo!

Sorry for such a long no but...please don't do that.  The danger is that too much seratonin is toxic.  This is absolutely not a good idea.  You can take one of these choices but not all three.

I am not a doctor though so please seek guidance from a medical doctor who can tell you more.

There are many medication choices out there...I have heard people who take folate or abilify with an antidepressant.  But you need a doctor's guidance on all this.  More is not always better.  Are you taking anything right now?

Please talk to your doctor!

Thank you for advice. Had been on Paxil and ran out because 1.) free clinic doesn't take new patients until Feb.1; 2.) VA turned me down for benefits because I made too much money last year; 3.) moved to far eastern Tennessee, signed up with a dr.'s group that had my old chart sheets faxed to them, and, can't be reached by phone or front door (tried repeatedly. left messages. they don't return calls.)

Became bad without Paxil. Friend suggested SAMM-e or St. John's Wort. Went to pharmacy. Pharmacist dittoed. Tried SAMM-e as directed. Within hours mellow man returning. Your advice sounds perfect. Glad you are there.
