We do have to believe that God is with us and holding our hands as we help ourselves. I, like the other two people, believe you would benefit by talking to someone you trust and feel will listen with their heart. Maybe medication would help. The most important thing is that you are well in order to get through trials and tribulations that life throws at us. Take it, hold it, feel it and then throw it back. I try and remember a saying that came from a retired heart surgeon, " If _____ is going to paint my world. I am going to use the brightest of colors".. The other two people before me and myself who answered you didn't come from just anywhere. Someone is listening. I wish you peace in life..and hope you feel a happier person in whatever kind of help you find comforting.
