LIBRAX FOR I.B.S. DIAZAPAM 5MGS. AS NEEDED...I AM AT THE POINT I WANT TO STOP THE MEDS. EXCEPT ULTRAM, DIAZAPAM, AND LIBRAX...DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW ALL THESE DRUGSCAN AFFECT THE WAY I FEEL WHICH IS SICK AND TIRED ALL THE TIME...THANKS FOR ANY HELP JENNIFER
I'm not sure about Zoloft decreasing the effect of the Ultram, but you need to be very careful about combining Ultram with any antidepressant, as there is a risk of seizures.

IM no doctor by anymeans but zoloft shouldnt reduce tramadols effectiveness it is more likely that your body is becoming accustom to the Tramadol. Try this it helps alot as I to have chronic pain. Take two max strength Tylenol (500MG) with the tramadol it helps and make it more effective. You can ask any doctor and they should agree with that. They don't know why it helps the effectiveness of Tramadol they just know that it Does.
