Topics:change in moods due to seroquel

My doctor put me on seroquel due to a past history of bipolar.  At the time wasn't feeling really depressed, just real anxious, and angry all the time.  She prescribed me with seroquel at 50mg then to increase after two weeks to 100mg.  She also gave me knolopin to deal with the anger and anxiety.  My moods have gotten worse in just the three days I've been on the meds.  Is this natural, should I stop the seroquel or continue on to the higher dose as prescribed.
