This question really can't be answered adequately by anyone other than your doctor. The answer can't be based on just those two medications. ALL other medications, including over-the-counters and dietary supplements have to be considered as well as your full medical history including any health issues you have.
Please discuss this with your doctor?
Good luck,
Teri
I believe that these 2 are often combined. Anyway I checked the interactions checker at www.drugs.com:

Drug interaction results for the following 3 drug(s):
amphetamine (Ingredient of Adderall)
dextroamphetamine (Ingredient of Adderall)
Seroquel (quetiapine)
Interactions between your selected drugs
No results found - however, this does not necessarily mean no interactions exist. ALWAYS consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
