Hi, Blackheart23. I don't think that depression leads to suicide most of the time, thank goodness. Have you recently been diagnosed with it, or has someone you know been diagnosed? Near the top of this page, under "Find" in the green box, there are some resources you can access about depression.
Are you afraid of becoming suicidal? If you can give me some more information about your situation, I can maybe be of more help. Thanks for writing.
