Q: Can I please talk to somebody?

I'm 20 and my life seems worthless. It doesn't matter what I do or stop doing, the pain just never goes away. Nobody understands me and nobody loves or will ever love me. I have nobody to talk to and no support from friends, can somebody help me out? If you wish please write down your email and I'll contact you....thank you.

Pat is right, bl4ckcloud, there are many people here who have gone through this; I felt just you like at your age.  I found a therapist and looked at my life and made some changes.  That wasn't the last time I was in therapy, but it helped me a lot - we have different issues at different ages.  Maybe you need antidepressants and for that you should at least see your family doctor, if not a psychiatrist (the latter is preferable, but sometimes it takes a while to get in to see one).  Your life is not worthless, you have no idea what lies ahead for you right now, but you won't always feel like this.  There are people around you who would support you if you reach out to them, you just have to recognize them.  Just like you're reaching out at this site.  Keep doing that and you will find the help you need.

Please let us know how you're doing, okay?

You are among many friends here bl4ckcloud. Many people have gone thru what you are going thru. You need to pull yourself together and get some help. No life is worthless or meaningless. Call up your local mental health society and start talking. Once you get past that you will find many roads to travel. You are young and getting help with this now will empower you to gave a more enriched life for the future. Talk to your doctor, talk to a counselor. Thats all it takes is for you to talk and someone to listen. Someone to guide you thru this. It is good that you are reaching out. You can email anyone thru there portfolio's here. I am sure you will get many friendly/caring responses.
