I have to say that I have never heard of this side effect but it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
Here is the Prestiq offical web site to look at. And here is a number to call to ask questions: If you have a medical information inquiry on a Wyeth prescription product, call 1-800-934-5556 Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-6:30 PM EST.
Your best bet, however, is to call your doctor to ask this question. The color of your stools may be totally unrelated to your medication.
