Q: I get up each morning hoping to be able to cope with my anxiety. I lie still and begin to relax all muscles and think positive thought conecting with my divine source than the anxiety enters my body.

Hi, Linda.  Are you coping with both depression and anxiety?  Have you gotten any kind of professional help for your anxiety?  You might give that some consideration.  Don't blame yourself if trying to relax doesn't stop the anxiety because sometimes it's a disorder that has some physical/chemical basis.

 

Maybe you could talk a little more about what's going on in your life, how long you've been dealing with this, etc.  We're here to help, but sometimes we just need a little more information.  Hope to hear from you again.
