Hi Cantu

Can you tell us more about your anger?  Is there a source for it?  What are you hating?

A simple answer to your question is yes...there is more than this.  You don't need to hold onto the anger.  It is possible to feel happy and at peace.

Are you seeing a therapist at all?  Do you have people to talk to.

Tell us more about your situation and perhaps we can give a more detailed response.

Hello!

Depression is a personal health issue for me....

Tuesday, July 07, 2009

cantu,

I know this sounds simplistic, but when you feel that way, close your eyes and take some deep, slow breaths.

Do you have any idea why you feel this way? You deserve a good life and to NOT feel like this. What needs to be done about it depends a great deal on what's causing it. It could be something that you could work through with counseling, but it could also stem from an imbalance of neurotransmitters such as serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine.

Have you talked to your doctor about this? I'd suggest that as a starting point. Please be good to yourself and find out what's going on so something can be done to help you?

with a gentle hug,

Teri
