cantu,   I know this sounds simplistic, but when you feel that way, close your eyes and take some deep, slow breaths.   Do you have any idea why you feel this way? You deserve a good life and to NOT feel like this. What needs to be done about it depends a great deal on what's causing it. It could be something that you could work through with counseling, but it could also stem from an imbalance of neurotransmitters such as serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine.   Have you talked to your doctor about this?
