Hi again
I am so sorry it has taken this long to get back to you. In researching your question..."the trusted friends circle" is a term used for advertising the 24/7 tool...meaning that if you use this tool you can share the results with your trusted circle of friends and your doctor.
Here is some information which may be of help to you in your circumstance. I wrote a post with many links to resources of how to get mental health services when you lack money and insurance.
I hope the article helps some. Let us know if we can be of further assistance to you.

Aloha,
I guess I linked to this site as I was participating in an online Johns Hopskins University Survey called, "Mood 24/7." My question and the term "trusted circle o friends" originates from that. I am a nurse, unemployed living on Maui,Hawaii. Once diagnosed with Anxiety/Depressive Disorder, but not in therapy now. I do have insurance known as Kaiser Added Choice. I believe I am able to go outside the Kaiser system for mentalhealth as well, however not many practitioners here accept it. I suppose,in the context of the survey, I was exercising "self-help?" Any thoughts?
Thank you so much for reaching out.
Wendy
