My first time on antidepressants and I need some help...

Hi, I am on Zoloft, and this is the first antidepressant I've ever been on. I only take 50mg once before bed, and to be honest: I've only been on it one night. My doctor said that it wouldn't make my depression or anxiety go away completely but it would help. I don't expect it to take...
