I have a white pill with the description m357 on it, what is it?

I think it is a higher dosage pill like Ibuprofen that my friend gave me for my ankle pain, but I am not sure and don't want to take it without finding out.

Thanks

It's never a good idea to take someone else's prescription. Please get in touch with your doctor. Also, do you know exactly what is causing your ankle pain? That's another reason to see your doctor.

this pill is a generic vicodin... 5mg hydrocodone and 500mg acetometaphin
