What do you do when anti-depressants don't work

I have tried most all of the anti-depressants and nothing seems to work for more than a few months. I just recently tried S-ame which seemed to work for about 2 months until I quit smoking and used Committ (nicotine replacement lozenges). Could the committ keep the S-ame from working. I have tried...
