i think im depressed i have troubles falling asleep, waking up, getting motivated, i feel like i can

I think Im depressed and i need advice. I'm 21 one and I've loved the entertainment all my life, but up until about maybe 2 years ago i've had a hard time feel motivated...and now i feel as if i cant accomplish anything, like im just useless...worthless. I have troubles getting to bed and troubles...
